How much do sponsor-finding tools cost?
Most sponsor databases charge $39 to $99 a month. Managed outreach costs $999 a month or more. SponsorHawk charges $0.10 per email sent. Prices below were read on each company's pricing page on 24 September 2026.

What sets the price
Database or outreach
A database subscription (SponsorGap, Sponsorable, SponsorLeads) gives you a list of sponsors and contacts. You still write and send the emails. SponsorGap's managed plans, where their team runs the outbound, start at $999 a month plus a 10% success fee.
Contact reveals and exports
Sponsorable meters contact reveals and CSV rows in credits: 10 on the free plan, 100 a month on Starter, unlimited on Pro. SponsorGap caps exports per week by plan.
History depth
Longer sponsorship history costs more: Sponsorable's Starter shows 90 days and Pro 365. SponsorLeads opens its full archive only on the yearly plan.
