Property research

You enter a newsletter URL, a podcast name, a channel or an event. SponsorHawk resolves it against a newsletter directory or a podcast index and works out its topic, audience and category.

Sponsor list

It matches companies that have sponsored comparable properties and reads three live budget signals per company: funding in the last 180 days, Google Ads spend above $1,000 a month, and a marketing or partnerships hire in the last 12 months. The output is a list of sponsors with the signal behind each.

Outreach

It finds the people to pitch, drafts the emails and sends them from SponsorHawk's own pre-warmed inboxes. Replies come back into SponsorHawk, which answers from your media kit facts and hands the thread to you when a sponsor asks for pricing or a call.

  3. Set a daily budget. Sending stops when it is reached or when you pause.
  4. SponsorHawk sends from its own inboxes. There is no domain, inbox or SMTP account to connect.
